How to Make Black Bean Soup



If you are sick and tired of all the fast food menus and you want to make something good to eat and filling too, you might like to learn how to make these soup recipes. They are very easy to make. Here are two easy to make black bean soup recipes that you might like to learn how to make. One is for black bean soup. The other is for refried bean soup that includes black beans. Both are hearty and delicious types of soups. Either of them will fill the stomachs of your family.

You can make some homemade biscuits to serve with the bean soup recipes you make for your family. Consider adding a nice green salad on the side with a tempting dessert for later. Of course, if there are any other ingredients you might want to add to the recipe. Then again, you might want to take something out and substitute another ingredient for that one. Recipe for Black Bean Soup


You Need:
  • 2 cups steamed leeks
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can black bean soup
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups sherry
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 diced red onion
  • 1 package shredded jack cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream


Making Process:
Using a food processor, you will add the steamed leeks, mushroom soup, black bean soup, stewed tomatoes, sherry, beef broth, marjoram, chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, diced red onion and shredded jack cheese. Process until all ingredients is pureed.

Pour this soup mixture into a large saucepan or stewpot over a medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest overnight. Reheat to serve or serve cold.


Recipe for Refried Bean Soup


You Need:
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
Process of Making:
 
Add the chicken broth into a large saucepan over a high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in the refried beans. Combine well and then add the black beans and Rotel tomatoes. Reduce heat to lowest setting and then simmer for about 10 minutes.
