Chicken Tikka Masala

Another chicken dish flavored with coriander and yoghurt is the Chicken Tikka Masala. The chicken is sliced into bits, skewered and roasted until brown. The dish is also accompanied with an oily gravy sauce mixed with onion, cardamom and garlic. The grilled tikkas are added on to the gravy and cooked until tender - for about 10 minutes. The dish is eaten best with Naas.

Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh is made out of lamb tenderized with yoghurt and infused with a glorious variety of Indian spices. They are added with beef stock and water to create the gravy sauce. To top it off, they are garnished with coriander and a vegetable dish. Rogan Josh is marked by its extremely beautiful aroma brought about by the chili. But if you do not fancy too much spice then don't skip this dish out just yet. In spite of the spicy ingredient, the spice of the dish does not "bite" as many would expect. Today, there are several versions of the dish - each with its own degree of spiciness and twists.
